‘My mom thought it was fireworks’: witnesses recount Dallas Ice facility shooting – video

Edwin Cardona was waiting for an appointment with his wife and son outside the Dallas Immigration and Customs Enforcement building when a shooter opened fire at the facility on Wednesday. Four people were reportedly shot, one fatally, in an attack which the FBI said was being investigated as ‘an act of targeted violence’. The Department of Homeland Security said one detainee was killed and two others were in critical condition
