Large police presence outside Dallas Ice facility after fatal shooting – video

At least four people were reportedly shot at a federal Immigration and Customs Enforcement office in Dallas, Texas, on Wednesday. The FBI said it was investigating the shooting as an act of ‘targeted violence’ and that rounds found near the shooter’s body ‘contained messages that were anti-Ice in nature’. The Department of Homeland Security said no federal agents were wounded and the only confirmed victims have been detainees
