&Partners Adds Four Teams Managing $1.6B in Assets

&Partners, a St. Louis-based hybrid broker/dealer launched by David Kowach, the former president and CEO of Wells Fargo Advisors, has added four advisor practices in the opening weeks of November.

The additions include two from Wells Fargo, a common breakaway firm for &Partners, and two from LPL Financial’s Commonwealth Financial Network, which continues to see defectors ahead of a complete technology integration with the broker/dealer planned for late 2026.

The four teams managed a combined $1.6 billion in client assets, contributing to a torrid recruiting pace for &Partners, which included nine new practices in October. The firm is reporting it has more than 100 advisor practices in its broker/dealer network and about $50 billion in prehire assets, or expected assets from clients once the advisors are fully integrated into the b/d.

Kowach and his co-founders, Kristi Mitchem and John Alexander, have stated that they plan for &Partners to reach 150 teams and $120 billion in assets over the next three years.

The largest team to join in November is the former Wells Fargo team, Florham Park Wealth Advisors, which had been overseeing $730 million in client assets.

That team is located in Florham Park, N.J., and is led by partners and managing directors Jack Wiener, Michael Donohue Sr., Dennis Hall and Michael Waldron.

The other former Wells Fargo wirehouse team is CirclePoint Financial, based in Mishawaka, Ind. Partners and managing directors Karen Bauman Dodd and David Deahl lead the practice, which oversaw $427 million in clients.

The two Commonwealth teams managed assets of $250 million and $212 million, respectively.

Zinn Wealth Management was the largest of the two. It is based in Portland, Maine, and led by Partner and Managing Director Jack Zinn, and his son, Partner and Wealth Advisor Jack Zinn III.

Finally, Parsons Financial will join &Partners based in Cottage Grove and Eugene, Ore..

The team is led by partners and financial advisors Matt Parsons, Brandon Parsons and Julia Lindberg.

&Partners uses Fidelity Investments National Financial Services as its primary custodian.
