WealthTech Updates: bQuest, Nitrogen, Snappy Kraken

bQuest, the turnkey client support platform, built to help caregivers and fiduciary advisors deliver vetted aging care-related services, has been chosen as one of six participants in the third year of The Founders Arena, a nonprofit wealthtech accelerator program headquartered in Arlington, Texas.

The program kickoff occurred Tuesday in Dallas.

In September, the bQuest team was awarded a WealthManagement.com Industry Award in the Specialized Planning category.

Another participant in this year’s cohort that might be familiar to WealthManagement readers is Mili, an AI-powered practice-management assistant for wealth teams, which took home the Audience Choice Award during the annual WealthStack Demos competition at the Wealth Management EDGE conference in June.

Accelerator programs and incubators have many different models, but all are meant to provide a level of support and accelerate development and assist participants in industry networking. Some, like Y Combinator, receive an equity stake in the startups in their cohorts, whereas The Founders Arena has a $10,000 program fee.

By importing and automatically analyzing a client’s Form 1040 tax return, the artificial intelligence, when rolled out, should produce a set of intuitive and interactive visuals (at present, this is in the form of dashboard tiles) that will enable advisors to have easier tax conversations with clients.

The preliminary graphics display everything from a summary showing tax brackets and rates, capital gains and losses, charitable contribution deductions, Medicare premiums and a client’s Safe Harbor Target.

Nitrogen has also enhanced its AI Meeting Center and AI Research Center features.

Advisors can sign up for more information on the AI Tax Center by filling out an online form to join the pre-order list (and lock in $79 per month pricing).

Snappy Kraken Introduces Bidirectional CRM Synchronization

The popular marketing platform Snappy Kraken announced this week new bidirectional CRM integrations, which, according to a statement, provide continuous synchronization between an advisory firm’s CRM and the Snappy Kraken platform.

This new synchronization is supposed to speed up integrations with new CRM platforms and is also available for previously built integrations with the popular Redtail, Practifi and Salesforce CRM platforms.

Snappy Kraken’s new AUM Pipeline Dashboard was announced a few weeks ago, and in February, the marketing platform rolled out an AI-driven Enterprise Hub.
